Inspectors Galli, Perkins and Brooks attended a joint Section 114 audit and reviewed Enbridge's
procedures and records against the IA Section 114 question set. A complete list of attendees can be found
in the IA inspection. Completed IPUC Form 1 and the Post-Inspection Written Preliminary Findings and
sent to Steve Bursett, Supervisor of Gas Operations Compliance.
