RE: Supplemental Notice of Intent to File a Combined Electric and Natural Gas General
Rate Case
In compliance with the notice requirement of Rule 122 of the IPUC Rules of Procedure, Avista
Corp. herein provides a supplemental notice to the Idaho Public Utilties Commission that the
Company stil intends to fie a combined electric and natural gas general rate case as described in
the original notice ofintent fied on Januar 14,2011. It is stil the Company's intent to utilze
the 12-month period ending December 31, 2010, as the test year for its filing.
