Comment: "Pleas reconsider this rate increase and the decrease in the allotment of water
for base fee, All those affected have a minimum of approximately 5 acres and own livestock
and or farm animals and gardens and vegetation that requires a larger amount of water to
maintain. It just doesn't seem fair to us consumers. Please look into this case a little more.
