Necessity, Certificate No. 532, is issued to Wired or Wireless, Inc., (the "Company"). This
Certificate authorizes the Company to provide resold and facilities-based basic local exchange
telecommunication services in Idaho. The Commission approved the Company's Certificate by
Order No. 34775 issued September 9, 2020 (the "Order") and authorized the Company to provide
telecommunications services in the State of Idaho. This Certificate is predicated upon and is issued
pursuant to the findings of the Order and is effective for service performed on or after September
9, 2020.
