On May 30, 2025, Idaho Power Company ("Company") applied to the Idaho Public
Utilities Commission ("Commission") requesting authority to increase its rates and charges for
electric service to its customers in the State of Idaho and for associated regulatory accounting
treatment. The Company requested a July 1, 2025, effective date.
On June 13, 2025, the Commission issued a Notice of Application, Notice of Suspension
of Proposed Effective Date, and Notice of Intervention Deadline. Order No. 36638. The
Commission granted intervention to: Clean Energy Opportunities for Idaho; Idaho Irrigation
Pumpers Association, Inc.; the city of Boise City; the Federal Executive Agencies; the Industrial
Customers of Idaho Power; Micron Technologies, Inc.; the Idaho Hydroelectric Power Producers
Trust; Gannon, et al.,pro se; the Kroger Co.; and the Northwest Energy Coalition. Order Nos.
36557, 36635, 36665, 36666, 36685, 36690, and 36691. On July 30, 2025,the Commission issued
a Notice of Parties.

At the Commission's August 12, 2025, decision meeting, Commission Staff ("Staff")
recommended the Commission issue a Scheduling Order establishing:
• Virtual/In-Person Public Workshop conducted by Staff at a time and place to be set
by Order of the Commission.
• October 17, 2025: Staff and Intervenor Written Testimony
• October 20-31, 2025: Customer Hearing(s) at a date, time and place to be set by
Order of the Commission.
• November 14, 2025: All Party Rebuttal Testimony
• December 2-5, 2025: Technical Hearing at a time and place to be set by Order of
the Commission.

YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED THAT the Commission establishes the following
procedural schedule:
• September 26, 2025: Virtual Public Workshop conducted by Staff starting at 6:00
p.m. (MDT) and ending at 9:00 p.m., or until all customer questions have been
answered, whichever comes first.
• October 17, 2025: Staff and Intervenor Written Testimony Deadline
• October 27, 2025: In person Customer Hearing in Twin Falls,Idaho, starting at
4:30 p.m. (MDT) and ending at 7:30 p.m., or after all customer testimony has been
taken, whichever comes first.
• November 14, 2025: All Party Rebuttal Testimony
• November 20, 2025: In person and telephonic Customer Hearing in Boise, Idaho,
starting at 4:30 p.m. (MST)and ending at 7:30 p.m., or after all customer testimony
has been taken, whichever comes first.
• November 20, 2025: Public Comment Deadline
• December 2, 2025: Technical Hearing starting at 9:00 a.m. (MST) and ending
at 5:00 p.m.
• December 3-5, 2025: Technical Hearing continued as needed starting at 9:00 a.m.

informational workshop on Friday, September 26, 2025, starting at 6:00 p.m. (MDT) and
ending at 9:00 p.m., or after all customer questions have been answered, whichever comes
first. The purpose of the workshop is to provide the public with an overview of the Application.
At the start of the workshop, Staff will give a presentation on the Application. Following the
presentation, the public may ask Staff questions about the Application.

this matter in Twin Falls, Idaho, on Monday, October 27, 2025, starting at 4:30 p.m. (MDT),
and ending at 7:30 p.m., or after all customer testimony has been taken, whichever comes
first. The Commission, in its discretion, may adjust the scheduled times as necessary. The
customer hearing will be held at the Twin Falls American Legion,447 Seastrom St.,Twin Falls,
ID 83301. Persons attending the hearing in-person will have an opportunity to provide testimony.
