You allowed the reduction last year. Is this a pattern that someday, IPC grid will get free power from their customers? It's almost there now. Already they pay us as little as possible by having the on-peak summer hours conveniently as the night falls (7 pm - 11 pm) and then charge everyone at the least, 3 times the summer rate non-peak rate, Please do not decrease our investment again. We need what little is already offered. Some of us do not have batteries (additional$15,000) and some, like me don't earn enough to get a tax break of at the most$5000. Again, this is on IPC website. As you well know, residential solar panels take 20-30 years for them to pay for themselves (noted on Idaho Powers own website). Please keep in mind that we are already providing power to the grid at very low cost to Idaho Power. Consider the alternatives that IPC has to pay for other sources like dams, windmills, solar and any other means. We have paid to build the systems and share the bounty to IPC. Please keep this in mind when you decide on their requests concerning residential solar. I hope you are taking listening to your voters gentlemen, and I wish you an easier path to your decisions. Thank you for your attention is this matter, Sandra Peterson Boise, Id 83703 -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 1
