On May 30, 2025, Intermountain Gas Company ("Company") applied to the Idaho Public
Utilities Commission ("Commission") requesting authority to increase its rates and charges for
natural gas service in the state of Idaho. The Company proposed an effective date of June 30,2025,
with the understanding that the Commission would likely suspend the proposed effective date. The
Company's Application is structured around an anticipated effective date of January 1, 2026.
On June 13, 2025, the Commission issued a Notice of Application, Notice of Suspension
of Proposed Effective Date, and Notice of Intervention Deadline. Order No. 36639. The
Commission granted intervention to Alliance of Western Energy Consumers and Micron
Technology, Inc. (collectively, "Intervenors"). Order Nos. 36654, 36676. On July 22, 2025, the
Commission issued a Notice of Parties.
With this Order,we set a procedural schedule for this case; set a public workshop at which
Commission Staff ("Staff') will provide attendees an over view of the Application and take
questions from the public; schedule a technical hearing at which the Parties may offer evidence

and examine witnesses; and schedule a customer hearing at which members of the public and
customers of the Company can testify before the Commission.
NOTICE OF SCHEDULE
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that the Commission establishes the following
procedural schedule:
• August 28, 2025: Virtual Public Workshop conducted by Staff starting at 6:00
p.m. (MT) and ending at 9:00 p.m., or until all customer questions have been
answered, whichever comes first.
• October 9, 2025: Staff and Intervenor Written Testimony Deadline
• October 16, 2025: Customer Hearing starting at 4:30 p.m. (MT) and ending at
7:30 p.m., or after all customer testimony has been taken, whichever comes first.
• November 5, 2025: Company Rebuttal Testimony Deadline
• November 18, 2025: Technical Hearing starting at 9:00 a.m. (MT) and ending at
5:00 p.m.
• November 19, 2025: Technical Hearing continued as needed starting at 9:00 a.m.
(MT) and ending at 5:00 p.m.

YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that Staff will hold a virtual, online, public,
informational workshop on Thursday,August 28,2025, starting at 6:00 p.m. (MT) and ending
at 9:00 p.m., or after all customer questions have been answered,whichever comes first. The
purpose of the workshop is to provide the public with an overview of the Application.At the start
of the workshop, Staff will give a presentation on the Application. Following the presentation, the
public may ask Staff questions about the Application.

YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that the Commission will hold a customer hearing in
this matter in Boise, Idaho, on Thursday, October 16, 2025, starting at 4:30 p.m. (MT) and
ending at 7:30 p.m., or after all customer testimony has been taken, whichever comes first.
The Commission, in its discretion, may adjust the scheduled times as necessary. The customer
hearing will be held at the Idaho Public Utilities Commission, 11331 W. Chinden Boulevard,
Building 8, Suite 201-A, Boise, ID 83714. Persons attending the hearing in-person will have an
opportunity to provide testimony. Persons may also participate in the hearing via telephone by
calling 1-415-655-0001, and then entering code 2631 898 0658 when prompted.
NOTICE OF PUBLIC COMMENT DEADLINE
YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that the Commission seeks comments from the public
on the Application. Persons desiring to state a position on the Application may file a written
comment explaining why the person supports or opposes the Application. Persons must file
comments by October 16, 2025. Comments must be filed through the Commission's website or
by e-mail unless computer access is unavailable. To comment electronically, please access the
Commission's home page at www.puc.idaho.gov. Click the "Case Comment Form" and complete
the form using the case number as it appears on the front of this document.
YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that to file by e-mail, persons must e-mail the
comments to the Commission Secretary and the Company at the e-mail addresses listed below.
Persons submitting a comment by e-mail must provide their name, address, and the Case Number
under which they are commenting. Persons submitting a comment by e-mail also acknowledge
that submitting a comment in an open case constitutes a public record under Idaho Code § 74-101
(13), and all information provided by such person is available for public and media inspection.

shall submit rebuttal written testimony by November 5, 2025.

workshop on Thursday, August 28, 2025, starting at 6:00 p.m. (MT) and ending at 9:00 p.m., or
after all customer questions have been answered, whichever comes first.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that parties comply with Order No. 35375, issued April 21,
