Follow Up from e-mail and correspondence sent March 2025
My name is Lloyd Watson. I am one of the residents that was lied to about how Idaho
Power Corp.was handling the output from residential investments in solar energy. I live alone
and have been less impacted because of my less than average electrical power requirements.
The purpose of this correspondence is to indicate the unfair enrichment realized by ID
Power Corp. from the families that invested in solar power at the Big Sky Complex.
Table 1 shows the power used and the cost associated per month at 1742 Curlew Rd in
2024. Table 2 Shows the power used and the cost associated per month for 2025. In addition
Table 2 shows the cost per month of the solar power investment for the first two years as well as
the credit ID Power Corp. allows the consumer. After the first two years the investment cost per
month for the residents will be raised over 35%by the lender.
With all their brochures they send out monthly ID power never once warned the customer
of its change in solar cell support.

amount of $700.00 to$1100.00. In the first 6 months of 2024 they were satisfied with$400.00.
ID power does not fairly support the customer for their solar cell investment.
