First Production Request of the Commission Staff to Qwest Corporation
Dear Mr. Loll:
We are in receipt of the First Production Request of the Commission Staff in Case No.
QWE-T-25-01. We conducted an internal investigation regarding the filing of the
Interconnection Agreement between Qwest Corporation and Gold Star Communications, LLC
("Agreement"). Upon review, we discovered that all references to the State of Wyoming were
typos and this Agreement should not have been submitted to the Commission.
In light of this error, and by copy of this letter to the Secretary,we would like to request
that the filing and submission of the Agreement be withdrawn. We will submit a new
Interconnection Agreement after it has been negotiated and signed by all parties.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and appreciate your
understanding as we work to correct the record. If you have any questions or require further
