Comment: "I would like to express my self and paint a picture. Im barely staying on top of
my bills, i cannot afford the power bill increase, I do not even agree at all with the change, it
would be trying to to get blood from a stone. Furthermore, having established this i here by
request that this change be null and void, and effectively rejected from being passed. the
passing of this bill would cause me to either have to cancle service or put me into a vicous
circle of debt. Please rethink the changes, for the better of the people.Thank you for your
