Clean energy is critical to the long term sustainable energy development! Those who have invested in clean energy are supporters of it, and need to be thanked and encouraged, not ding by our power suppliers! Rocky Mountain Power says they support clean energy and that they understand it is an important part of the energy strategy for our future! I cannot understand why a KWH generated by Solar is any less valuable than one generate by Fossil fuels. As a matter of fact, common sense would dictate that the only way we can supply the future energy needs of our country and world is to invest in clean energy! President Trump has set this country on a disastrous course, one in which this generation and future generations will pay a heavy price! We must use wisdom and common sense to address the challenges of today and tomorrow! Please do not place more road blocks in our way, reject RMP's request to lower the net metering payout for solar KWHs! Thanks for your consideration! With the proposed loser credit Rocky Mountain Power would in essence be getting free power from the customer to sell at higher rate to other customer. Rocky Mountain Power would be earning more revenue at my expense. I got the Solar panel to reduce my electrical bill. Now with the proposed loser credit Rocky Mountain Power would be making more revenue with out investing in new energy. With there interest in Blue Sky Energy they would be talking with fork tongue calling for solar energy for the consumer but gives less credit then charge other customers higher rate and would get free money from the solar customer at the customer expense." -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 2
