AVU-E-25-11 Complainant, ) VS. ) ORDER NO. 36707 AVISTA CORPORATION, ) Respondent. ) On July 24, 2025, Wired or Wireless, Inc. ("WOW") moved the Idaho Public Utilities Commission ("Commission"), under Commission Rule of Procedure 43.031 and Idaho Bar Commission Rule ("IBCR") 227, for an Order approving the limited admission, pro hac vice, of Robert H. Jackson in this case. The Motion was signed and attested to by local counsel Gregory M. Adams (Idaho State Bar License No. 7454). In the Motion, Mr. Jackson certifies that he is an active member in good standing with the District of Columbia Bar, and that he maintains the regular practice of law in Tysons,Virginia. He further declares that he is not an Idaho resident or licensed to practice law in Idaho. Mr. Jackson and Mr. Adams certify that a copy of the Motion has been served on all other parties to this case, and that a copy of the Motion, accompanied by a $325 fee and certificate of good standing, have been submitted to the Idaho State Bar. Mr. Adams acknowledges that his attendance shall be required at all Commission proceedings in which Mr. Jackson appears, unless specifically excused by the Commission. COMMISSION FINDINGS The Commission has reviewed and considered the Motion and applicable rules, including IBCR 227 and Commission Rules of Procedure 19 and 43.03, IDAPA 31.01.01.019 and 043.03. Based on the filings of record and certified representations of Mr. Jackson and Mr. Adams, we find that reasonable grounds have been demonstrated to justify the granting of limited admission of Mr. Jackson as legal counsel for Wired or Wireless, Inc. We further find good reason to excuse the appearance of Mr. Adams in further proceedings in this docket unless needed by Mr. Jackson. 1 Commission Rule of Procedure 19 also pertains to motions for pro hac vice admission. ORDER NO. 36707 1 CONCLUSIONS OF LAW The Commission has jurisdiction in this case and over this Motion pursuant to Idaho Code, Title 61, and the Commission's Rules of Procedure, 31.01.01.000 et seq. ORDER IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Motion is granted; Robert H. Jackson is hereby granted limited admission as legal counsel for Wired or Wireless, Inc., in Case No. AVU-E-25- 11. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the attendance of Gregory M. Adams is excused from all further proceedings in Case No. AVU-E-25-11 unless needed by Robert H. Jackson.
