GNR-E-25-02 STAFF'S APPLICATION FOR APPROVAL ) OF A FILING PROCESS FOR WILDFIRE ) MITIGATION PLANS ) ORDER NO. 36700 On July 24, 2025, Avista Corporation, d/b/a Avista Utilities ("Avista") moved the Idaho Public Utilities Commission ("Commission"), under Commission Rule of Procedure 43.031 and Idaho Bar Commission Rule("IBCR") 227, for an Order approving the limited admission,pro hac vice, of Anni Glogovac in this case. The Motion was signed and attested to by local counsel David Meyer(Idaho State Bar License No. 8317). In the Motion, Ms. Glogovac certifies that she is an active member in good standing with the bar of Washington and that she maintains the regular practice of law in Washington. She further declares that she is not an Idaho resident or licensed to practice law in Idaho. Ms. Glogovac and Mr. Meyer certify that a copy of the Motion has been served on all other parties to this case, and that a copy of the Motion, accompanied by a $325 fee and certificate of good standing, have been submitted to the Idaho State Bar. Mr. Meyer acknowledges that his attendance shall be required at all Commission proceedings in which Ms.Glogovac appears,unless specifically excused by the Commission. COMMISSION FINDINGS The Commission has reviewed and considered the Motion and applicable rules, including IBCR 227 and Commission Rules of Procedure 19 and 43.03, IDAPA 31.01.01.019 and 043.03. Based on the filings of record and certified representations of Ms. Glogovac and Mr. Meyer, we find that reasonable grounds have been demonstrated to justify the granting of limited admission of Ms. Glogovac as legal counsel for Avista. We further find good reason to excuse the appearance of Mr. Meyer in further proceedings in this docket unless needed by Ms. Glogovac. CONCLUSIONS OF LAW The Commission has jurisdiction in this case and over this Motion pursuant to Idaho Code, Title 61, and the Commission's Rules of Procedure, 31.01.01.000 et seq. 1 Commission Rule of Procedure 19 also pertains to motions for pro hac vice admission. ORDER NO. 36700 1 ORDER IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Motion is granted; Anni Glogovac is hereby granted limited admission as legal counsel for Avista in Case No. GNR-E-25-02. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the attendance of David Meyer is excused from all further proceedings in Case No. GNR-E-25-02 unless needed by Anni Glogovac.
