The Staff of the Idaho Public Utilties Commission, by and through its attorney of record,

Please provide answers to each question, supporting workpapers that provide detail or are the
source of information used in calculations. The Company is reminded that responses pursuant to
Commission Rules of Procedure must include the name and phone number of the person preparing the
document, and the name, location and phone number of the record holder and if different the witness
who can sponsor the answer at hearing if need be. Reference IDAPA 31.01.01.228.
In addition to the wrtten copies provided as response to the questions, please provide all Excel
and electronic fies on CD with formulas activated.
REQUEST NO. 221: Please provide information regarding the vendor evaluation and
selection for AMR systems. Include information why the vendor is/is not selected by the Company.
REQUEST NO. 222: Please provide quotes provided to the Company by each vendor during
the evaluation and selection process of AMR systems.
REQUEST NO. 223: Please provide competitive bids provided to the Company by each
bidder during the evaluation and selection process of the contract installation for AMR system.
REQUEST NO. 224: Please provide schedules showing the actual capital structure and
embedded costs at June 30, 2008 and July 31, 2008. Please provide an updated capital structue and
cost of debt for December 31, 2008.
