Pursuant to I.B.C.R. 227 and Idaho Public Utilities Commission ("IPUC") Rule of
Procedure 19,the undersigned counsel moves the Commission for admission of Robert H.
Jackson,pro hac vice, in this case.
Robert H. Jackoon certifies that he is an active member, in good standing, of the
District of Columbia Bar, that he maintains the regular practice of law at the above-noted
address, and that he is not a resident of the State of Idaho or licensed to practice in Idaho.
Pursuant to I.B.C.R. 227(c)(1)(C), Mr. Jackson provides that the District of Columbia Bar
does not place limits on the number of pro hac vice admissions. Mr. Jackson has never been
