Box 83720 Boise, ID 83720-0074 RE: Case No. INT-G-25-03,Verified Report Dear Ms. Barrios-Sanchez: Intermountain is submitting the following information in compliance with the Commission's Order No. 36627 in Case No. INT-G-25-03 requesting authority to issue and sell up to $50 million of unsecured notes, with maturity dates ranging from five to forty years. On July 15,2025, Intermountain entered into a Note Purchase Agreement for$50 million,with a 30-year term. The first$25 million was funded on July 15,2025 and the second$25 million will be funded in October 2025. Below is an estimate of the costs and expenses in connection with this Note Purchase Agreement based on invoices received and an estimate of future invoices. Once all invoices have been received,the Company will file a revised verified report later this year with the final costs and expenses: Agent Fees $200,194.70 Legal Fees $83,837.00 Total $284,031.70 The Note Purchase Agreement will be filed separately under confidential cover.
