UPDATE TO SCHEDULE 87 )
On February 18, 2025, the Commission issued Order No. 36466 in Case No. IPC-E-24-08
ordering a new docket be opened to consider the Company's proposed update to Schedule 87 rates.
On July 1,2025,the Commission issued Order No. 36661 approving the Company's update
to Schedule 87,with modifications as proposed by Commission Staff("Staff') in Attachment No.
1 of Staff s Comments.Additionally,Order No. 36661 required the Company to submit an updated
Schedule 87 through a compliance filing, reflecting the changes provided in the Order.
On July 1, 2025, the Company filed a compliance filing ("Compliance Filing") in
accordance with Order No. 36661. On July 3,2025,the Company filed a supplemental compliance
filing ("Supplemental Filing").
COMMISSION FINDINGS AND DECISION
The Commission has jurisdiction over the Company's Application and the issues in this
case under Title 61 of the Idaho Code including Idaho Code §§ 61-301 through 303. The
Commission is empowered to investigate rates, charges,rules,regulations,practices, and contracts
of all public utilities and to determine whether they are just, reasonable, preferential,
discriminatory, or in violation of any provisions of law, and to fix the same by order. Idaho Code
§§ 61-501 through 503.
Having reviewed the record, the Company's Compliance Filing, and the Company's
Supplemental Filing,the Commission finds that the Company has complied with Order No. 36661
to update Schedule 87 to include Staffs proposed changes in Attachment No. 1 of Staffs
Comments.
ORDER
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the updated Schedule 87 contained in the Supplemental
Filing submitted on July 3, 2025, is approved, effective June 1, 2025.

THIS IS A FINAL ORDER. Any person interested in this Order may petition for
reconsideration within twenty-one (21) days of the service date upon this Order regarding any
matter decided in this Order. Within seven (7) days after any person has petitioned for
reconsideration, any other person may cross-petition for reconsideration. Idaho Code § 61-626.
