Pursuant to Rules 53 and 71-73 of the Idaho Public Utilities Commission Rules of Procedure,
USTelecom—The Broadband Association (USTelecom)hereby petitions to intervene and to
appear and participate as a party in the above- captioned matter.

3. USTelecom' s Direct and Substantial Interest in this Proceeding
USTelecom is the premier trade association representing service providers and suppliers
for the communications industry and has multiple members that provide service in Idaho.
USTelecom's members are both telecommunications pole owners and pole attachers
which have a direct and substantial interest in wildfire mitigation plans.Allowing
USTelecom to intervene will not unduly broaden the issues.
4. Conclusion
USTelecom respectfully requests that the Commission grant USTelecom' s petition and
allow USTelecom to intervene as a party in the above- captioned proceeding.
