2. Nature of Business
Atlanta Power Company is a subsidiary of Greylock Energy Holdings. which provides electric
service to customers in Atlanta Idaho. Atlanta Power Company is a public utility in the state of Idaho
and is subject to the Commission's jurisdiction with respect to its prices and terms of electric service
to customers in Idaho pursuant to Idaho Code § 61- 129
3. Atlanta Power Company Interest in this Proceeding
APC has a direct and substantial interest in this proceeding. Without the
opportunity to intervene APC would be without the means to participate in the lawful
determination of issues which may affect the timing for tiling and the process for
review and approval of its wildfire mitigation plan. Allowing APC to intervene will
not unduly broaden the issues.
WHEREFORE. Atlanta Power Company formally requests that the
commission grant APC's petition to intervene as a party in these proceedings.
