Pursuant to Rule 43.03 of the Idaho Public Utilities Commission's Rules of
Practice and Procedure and I.B.C.R. 227, the undersigned counsel petitions the Public
Utilities Commission of Idaho ("Commission") for admission of Kurt J. Boehm, pro hac
vice, in this case.
Kurt J. Boehm certifies that he is an active member, in good standing, of the State
Bar of Ohio and Kentucky, that the State Bar of Ohio pursuant to Ohio Gov. Bar R. XII,
Section 2(A)(6) limits the number of pro hac vice admissions to three in a calendar year,
that the State Bar of Kentucky does not limit pro hac vice admissions, that he maintains
the regular practice of law at the above-noted address, and that he is not a resident of the
state of Idaho nor licensed to practice law in Idaho. Kurt J. Boehm further certifies that

he has not been admitted pro hac vice in Idaho this calendar year and therefore is not
limited by any reciprocal limitation pursuant to I.B.C.R. 227(h)(2), but was previously
admitted pro hac vice in the State of Idaho in 2011 for a case before the Commission, In
the Matter of Idaho Power Company for Authority to Increase Rates for Electric Service
to its Customers in the State of Idaho, Case No. IPC-E-11-o8; and also certifies that he
has not been denied admission under I.B.C.R. 227 in this jurisdiction, nor under any
similar rule in any other jurisdiction. Undersigned counsel certifies that a copy of this
motion has been served on all other parties in this case and that a copy of the motion,
accompanied by a $325 fee and certificates of good standing, has been submitted to the
Idaho State Bar.
Counsel certifies that the above information is true to the best of his knowledge.
Trevor S. Buller acknowledges that his attendance shall be required at all Commission
proceedings in which Kurt J. Boehm appears, unless specifically excused by the
Commission.
