Modified Procedure establishing a 21-day deadline for initial comments and a subsequent 7-day
Company reply comment deadline on the Company's Application for a CPCN. Staff further
recommends that the Commission open a new docket and transfer the Company's request to
establish interim rates to that docket, where it will be processed following issuance of a final order
in this case.
