Comment: "To increase the residential service charge AGAIN from $15 to$25 is
outrageous. It just recently increased from $10 to $15 and now an additional$10 on top of
that is being requested.
Even if a customer does NOT use one kilowatt of electricity, they would pay a very high fee
just for being an Idaho Power customer. That is wrong and an example of corporate greed
and being very profit oriented.
The IPUC needs to tell Idaho Power"No."Customers should be charged and pay for the
electricity they actually use and not for what they may or may not use."
