Commission's ("Commission") Order No. 36651 dated June 24, 2025, in the above referenced
matters.
Walmart supports, and is a signatory to, the stipulation and settlement filed with the
Commission on June 9, 2025 ("Settlement"). Walmart respectfully requests that the Commission
approve the Settlement pursuant to the agreed upon terms and will not be submitting direct
testimony. Also enclosed is a certificate of service.
