SUBJECT: IN THE MATTER OF ROCKY MOUNTAIN POWER'S APPLICATION
TO CHANGE TARIFF LANGUAGE TO ELECTRIC SERVICE
SCHEDULE NO. 74—RENEWABLE ENERGY CREDIT OPTION
PROGRAM; CASE NO. PAC-TAE-25-01.
On June 18, 2025, Rocky Mountain Power ("Company") submitted Tariff Advice No.
PAC-TAE-25-01 with the Idaho Public Utilities Commission("Commission")requesting an order
approving changes to its currently approved Electric Service Schedule No. 74—Renewable Energy
Credit Option Program ("Program"). The Company asserts that it has responded to customer
inquiries about the Program and proposes to add clarifying language to Special Condition No. 1,
found on tariff Sheet No. 74.2.
STAFF ANALYSIS
Commission Staff("Staff') reviewed the proposed First Revision of Sheet No. 74.2 and
believes it adds clarity to the tariff, is consistent with prior Commission orders, and provides
potential customers with relevant Program details regarding the number of renewable energy
credits to be retired on customers' behalf.
RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends the Commission approve the Company's updated tariff Sheet No. 74.2
submitted on June 18, 2025, as filed, effective July 18, 2025.
