Dear Ms. Barrios-Sanchez,
Idaho Power Company ("Idaho Power" or "Company") hereby submits the enclosed
supplemental compliance filing in the above-captioned proceeding pursuant to Idaho Public
Utilities Commission ("Commission") Order No. 36661 which includes updates to Idaho
Power's Schedule 87, Intermittent Generation Integration Charges ("Schedule 87"). The
changes to Schedule 87 reflect the updated integration rates approved by the Commission
through Order No. 36661 with an effective date of June 1, 2025. In the Company's original
compliance filing submitted on July 1, 2025 —which this supplemental filing aims to correct
- it inadvertently excluded the levelized rates for contracts with terms of one through 19
years, which were included in Attachment No. 1 of Commission Staff's comments and
approved by the Commission.
While the Commission did not issue an Order until July 1, 2025, both Staff and the
Company recommended an effective date of June 1, 2025, to which Commission Order No.
36661 did not specifically address. Accordingly, the Company submits the updates to
Schedule 87 with an effective date of June 1, 2025. However, because no contracts relying
upon these rates were executed between June 1, 2025, and now, there is no impact
resulting from the effective date being backdated.

INTERMITTENT GENERATION INTEGRATION CHARGES
APPLICABILITY
This schedule is applicable to all qualifying facility ("QF") generators interconnected to the
Company that have generation of an intermittent nature, such as wind and solar generation. The initial
charges within this schedule are to be assessed to intermittent generation based upon the total
nameplate capacity of a specific type of intermittent generation interconnected to Company's system.
The appropriate charges within this schedule will be included in all QF contracts, both published
and negotiated, at the time those contracts are executed and, once added, shall remain unchanged in
the contract for its duration. Subsequent changes to the charges within this schedule will only apply to
new QF contracts at the time those contracts are executed.
