Comment: "I believe this rate change is coming at a terrible time based on the current
economy. I feel like Falls Water should have realized long before now that their
infrastructure was not designed to handle the current and future growth in this area and
should have addressed it several months ago if not a fewyears back. I believe they should
Look into increasing the rates of new customers hooking into their system. I also don't
understand why customers served by the Morningview system are seeing a potentially
significant decrease in their rates. Not sure how this is fair. Please deny the rate change and
make Falls Water resubmit a better proposal. "

Comment: "We would like to know why you feel it is necessary to raise our rates 27 to 55%?
And it seems you want to do this all at one time in one year? Normally when you raise rates
it's usually by 2 to 5% per year not such a dramatic jump.Also if you want to raise these
rates, you need to charge these developers that are buying all the land and are these
homes that are not even going to get sold for a long time. It's not fair to people who have
Lived in the area for several years and then now you have an influx of out of Staters coming
in and you expect the locals that have been here a long time to pick up the tab!You need to
find some other way to supplement your idea and leave the long time locals at a more
manageable rate of increase. That is my two cents. Thank you:'
