On August 26, 2024, Aspen Creek Water Co., Inc. ("Company") applied to the Idaho
Public Utilities Commission ("Commission") for authority to increase its rates and non-recurring
charges.
On April 30, 2025, the Commission issued Order No. 36587, approving an annual revenue
requirement for the Company of $54,459 and a monthly non-metered flat rate of $62.17. The
Commission directed the Company to file conforming tariffs compliant with Order No. 36587 and
submit a report to Commission Staff("Staff')that included a list of customers and the total dollar
amount each may receive as a credit against a future connection charge.
On May 10, 2025,the Company submitted a conforming report to Staff. On May 23, 2025,
the Company filed updated tariffs.
COMMISSION FINDINGS AND DECISION
The Commission has jurisdiction over the Application and the issues in this case under
Title 61 of the Idaho Code including Idaho Code §§ 61-301 through 303. The Commission is
empowered to investigate rates, charges, rules, regulations, practices, and contracts of all public
utilities and to determine whether they are just, reasonable, preferential, discriminatory, or in
violation of any provisions of law, and to fix the same by order. Idaho Code §§ 61-501 through
503.
Having reviewed the record and all submitted filings, the Commission finds that the
Company's updated tariffs submitted through a compliance filing on May 23, 2025, with a May 1,
2025, effective date, conform with the provisions of Order No. 36587.
ORDER
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Company's updated tariffs submitted in the May 23,
2025, compliance filing with a May 1, 2025, effective date, are approved.

THIS IS A FINAL ORDER. Any person interested in this Order may petition for
reconsideration within twenty-one (21) days of the service date upon this Order regarding any
matter decided in this Order. Within seven (7) days after any person has petitioned for
reconsideration, any other person may cross-petition for reconsideration. Idaho Code §§ 61-626.
