Comment: "We have been a resident here at the Idaho Club for 8 years. I do understand
the current water rate may be too low, but an increase of over 300% is asking for more than
what is appropriate. I understand the cost of improvements that Valiant was required to
make to provide quality water for residents, but trying to recover this with a huge rate
increase does not seem fair. I am also concerned about metering water due to the fact the
community does have owners who rent their property. If they choose to not water yards the
appearance of the whole community will change. I do think an increase is appropriate, but
not going from $45 to $150. "
