SECOND SUPPLEMENTAL REPLY COMMENTS
OF TRUCONNECT COMMUNICATIONS,INC.
TruConnect Communications, Inc. ("TruConnect" or the "Company") submits these reply
comments in response to the second supplemental comments of the Commission Staff of the
Idaho Public Utilities Commission(Commission) filed in this matter.
As detailed in the Commission Staff Comments, the Staff reviewed the Company's filings
related to this case, discussions between Staff's counsel and the Company, and a certification
filed by Sage telecom Communications, LLC, an affiliate telephone company operating as an
eligible telecommunications carrier("ETC") in Idaho. Staff also analyzed the Company's
compliance with the federal Communications Act, Federal Communications Commission
regulations, and Commission Order Nos. 29841 and 35126. Commission Staff determined that
the Company's ETC application serves the public interest and recommended approval of
TruConnect's ETC application for the entire State of Idaho.
TruConnect appreciates Commission Staff's comments recommending approval of its
ETC application. TruConnect further represents that it is committed to fulfilling the
responsibilities of a Lifeline-only ETC.
