Comment: "I have 45 panels on my roof which up until last year completely covered my
electric expense except adm fee. Since the first adjustment to how credit is applied for my
energy going back to grid I have had increases to my budget pay plan consistently so that I
may be owing a balance at end of year. My panels have not produced less energy based on
weather patterns but the steady increases in my payment due each month exceeds any
reasonable COL I'd expect to my income.This year alone my monthly payment has gone
from $5 to this month $76 and I am still in a deficite of over$250 to catch up. If a new
formula is approved (which favors the PUD) I fear my budget payment will double .This all
flys in the face of ad promotions on how beneficial solar power is and the savings one
can/could expect. "
