Comment: "I strongly encourage you to not drop compensation for customers who feed
solar energy into the public system. while we live off the grid and use solar panels for
ourselves, we are considering putting panels up on our rental in town and in order to do
that we need to be re-embursed to make it financially feasible. Considering the urgency of
climate change it would greatly help to encourage installing solar panels rather than
disincentivizing them. Thank you for your consideration "
