INT-G-24-05 OF INTERMOUNTAIN GAS COMPANY ) FOR A DETERMINATION OF 2023 ) AMENDED NOTICE OF ENERGY EFFICIENCY EXPENSES AS ) MODIFIED PROCEDURE PRUDENTLY INCURRED AND ) APPROVAL OF RATE SCHEDULE EE-RS ) ORDER NO. 36648 On December 20, 2024, Intermountain Gas Company ("Company") filed an application ("Application") with the Idaho Public Utilities Commission ("Commission") requesting an order designating $3,846,358 of 2023 energy efficiency expenditures as prudently incurred by the Company. The Company's Application included its 2023 Energy Efficiency Annual Report, an Evaluation, Measurement, and Verification Study, and proposed revised Rate Schedule EE-RS. On February 3, 2025, the Commission issued a Notice of Application and Notice of Intervention Deadline.Order No.36455.The Commission granted intervention to the City of Boise City. Order No. 36487. On March 10,2025,the Commission issued a Notice of Modified Procedure and set a June 18, 2025, deadline for initial comments and a July 9, 2025, deadline for the Company's reply comments. Order No. 36495. On June 6, 2024, the Company filed a Supplement to Application and Exhibits ("Supplement"). At the Commission's June 10, 2025, decision meeting, Commission Staff ("Staff') recommended the Commission issue an order vacating the prior comment deadlines and resetting the initial comment deadline to July 10, 2025, and the reply comment deadline to July 31, 2025, to allow for the record to be more fully developed in light of the Company's Supplement. Having reviewed Staff s request, the Commission believes that it is reasonable to grant additional time to file comments and reply comments. AMENDED NOTICE OF MODIFIED PROCEDURE YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that the Commission has determined that the public interest may not require a formal hearing in this matter, and that it will proceed under Modified Procedure pursuant to the Commission's Rules of Procedure 201-204, IDAPA 31.01.01.201-.204. AMENDED NOTICE OF MODIFIED PROCEDURE ORDER NO. 36648 1 The Commission notes that Modified Procedure and written comments have proven to be an effective means for obtaining public input and participation. YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that persons desiring to state a position on this matter may file a written comment explaining why the person supports or opposes the Application. Persons who would like a hearing must specifically request a hearing in their written comments and explain why written comments alone are insufficient. Persons interested in filing written comments must do so by July 10, 2025. Comments must be filed through the Commission's website or by e-mail unless computer access is unavailable. To comment electronically, please access the Commission's website at http://www.puc.idaho.gov/. Click the"Case Comment Form" and complete the form using the case number as it appears on the front of this document. To file by e-mail, persons must e-mail the comments to the Commission Secretary and all parties at the e-mail addresses listed below. If written comments are received within the time limit set, the Commission will consider them and, in its discretion, may set the same for formal hearing. ORDER IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the comment deadlines established in Order No. 36495 are vacated and that the matter be processed by Modified Procedure. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that parties comply with Order No. 35375, issued April 21, 2022.
