SUBJECT: IN THE MATTER OF CDS STONERIDGE UTILITIES, LLC'S
APPLICATION FOR AUTHORITY TO INCREASE ITS RATES AND
CHARGES FOR WATER SERVICE IN THE STATE OF IDAHO; CASE
NO. SWS-W-24-01.
On February 28, 2024, CDS Stoneridge Utilities, LLC ("Company") filed an application
with the Idaho Public Utilities Commission ("Commission") requesting an order approving an
increase in rates and charges for water service.
On December 24, 2024, the Commission issued Order No. 36407 approving an increase in
rates and charges and ordering the Company to submit a compliance filing with updated tariffs
conforming with the order.
The Company petitioned for reconsideration of Order No. 36407, and on May 6, 2025,the
Commission issued Order No. 36593,granting in part and denying in part the Company's petition.
The Commission ordered the Company to submit updated tariffs in conformity with the order.
Order No. 36593 at 16.
Additionally, on March 24, 2025, the Commission issued Order No. 36522, in Case No.
SWS-W-06-01, directing the Company to cease collections of the $2.65 surcharge to the Happy
Valley Ranchos Subdivision customers after the Company's April 2025 billing cycle.
On June 6, 2025, the Company submitted updated tariffs in this case.

STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Commission Staff("Staff') reviewed the updated tariffs included in the Company's June
6, 2025, filing, and Staff believes the modifications are consistent with the Commission's orders.
Staff recommends the Commission approve the Company's updated tariffs submitted on June 6,
2025, as filed.
COMMISSION DECISION
