On June 13, 2025, the Idaho Public Utilities Commission issued Order No. 36638 in Case
No. IPC-E-25-16. The following change should be made to Order No. 36638:
On Page 4,under the heading "NOTICE OF APPLICATION:"
READS:
YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that the Company requests authority to transfer
approximately $3.5 million in ongoing Rider-funded labor costs into base rates, while otherwise
maintaining the same level of annual demand-side management("DSM") funding as measured in
dollars that exists today. Id.
SHOULD READ:
The previous paragraph is stricken from the Notice of Application as it was included in
error.
