Observations Included: (13882, N Ermine Ave, Boise, ID) Correct trench depth, safety equipment,
verification OQ records, verification equipment calibrations, verified proper rollback of completed butt
fusions, tracer wire, EFV 1200 installation, pressure test, saddle T, bedding and backfill. Quizzed
employees on AOCs of saddle T and and butt fusion procedures. All observed procedures were completed
in accordance with IGC Operations and Maintenance Manual.
Observations Included: (13900 N Ermine Ave, Boise, ID) Correct trench depth, safety equipment,
verification OQ records, verification equipment calibrations, verified proper rollback of completed butt
fusions, mechanical fittings (couplers) and EFV 1200 installation. Quizzed foreman on legal excavation
practices. All observed procedures were completed in accordance with IGC Operations and Maintenance
Manual.
