Observations Included: (16289 Fill Ave, Caldwell, ID) Correct trench depth, safety equipment, verification
OQ records, verification equipment calibrations, verified proper rollback of completed butt fusions,
mechanical fittings (couplers), tracer wire, pressure test, squeeze off, bedding, backfill and continuity
testing. Quizzed employees on ADCs of squeeze off procedures. All observed procedures were completed
in accordance with IGC Operations and Maintenance Manual.
Observations Included: (16354 and 16336 Backfill Ave, Caldwell, ID) Correct trench depth, safety
equipment, verification OQ records, verification equipment calibrations, verified proper rollback of
completed butt fusions, observed fuser identify and cut out unacceptable fuse, mechanical fittings
(couplers), tracer wire and partial bedding. Quizzed employees on ADCs of bedding procedures. All
observed procedures were completed in accordance with IGC Operations and Maintenance Manual.
