Comment: "As a retired senior citizen, born 72 years ago in Nampa, Idaho and working my
whole life in Idaho, I feel that this rate increase is not fair to those of us which have spent
our entire lives here.
The letter which I received 6/13/2025 states, "The main drivers of this rate increase are
unprecedented growth in our service area."
Then make those responsible pay for this growth! It will slow it down and that will be fair!"

Comment: "Dear Public Utilities Commission,
Intermountain Gas Company has kindly informed their customers that they are requesting
a rate increase of 11.46%for residential customers. Intermountain states that the increase
is needed due to infrastructure investments resulting in increased depreciation expense.
In essence, Intermountain Gas is asking for a rate increase so customers can pay them
more while they enjoy increased economies of scale and larger tax write-offs.This rationale
is absolutely ludicrous and is an excellent example of corporate greed that we can use as
an object lesson to teach to our children to help them remember what happened
economically in this era.

We hope that the PUC will please consider the above economic fact as they consider
Intermountain's request. Thank you in advance for denying or considerably reducing the
amount of the allowed increase."
