Comment: "I am writing to appose the excessive rate increase proposed by Idaho Power.
My utility bill, other bills, groceries and gas have consistently increased each year, and yet
my yearly income remains the same. There are ways to save money, such as ending the
cloud seeding program and letting other programs fund wildlife management, rather than
raising residential rates. Thank you, Sandy Anderson "
