On October 1 2001, Nevada Power Company ("NPC") filed an Application designated as Docket No. 01-10001, with the Commission. This Application is for authority increase its annual revenue requirement for general rates charged to all classes of electric customers within its service territory in the amount of $42 719 000.2. On October 1 , 2001 , NPC filed an application, designated as Docket No. 0 I- 10002, with the Commission. In this application, NPC seeks approval of new and revised depreciation rates for a single component of general electric plant related to computers. NPC also requested that this application be consolidated with Docket No. 01-10001.3. These Applications are filed pursuant to the Nevada Revised Statutes ("NRS" and the Nevada Administrative Code ("NAC"), Chapters 703 and 704, including but not limited to NRS 704.100.4.
