SUBJECT: IN THE MATTER OF THE APPLICATION OF VEOLIA WATER
IDAHO, INC., FOR A GENERAL RATE CASE; CASE NO. VEO-W-24-01.
On November 22, 2024, Veolia Water Idaho, Inc., ("Company") filed an application
with the Idaho Public Utilities Commission("Commission")requesting an Order approving
revisions to the Company's schedules of rates and charges for water service in the State of Idaho.
On April 21, 2025, the Company filed an all-party Stipulation and Settlement, and a
Motion to Approve Stipulation and Settlement.
On May 30, 2025, the Commission issued Order No. 36624 approving the Motion and
Proposed Settlement as filed with attachments, and authorizing the Company to implement
revised tariff schedules consistent with the terms of the Proposed Settlement, effective June 1,
2025
STAFF ANALYSIS
On June 2, 2025, the Company submitted the tariffs approved in Order No. 36624,
updated to confirm the approving order number and June 1, 2025, effective date. Staff reviewed
the tariffs included in the Company's filing and Staff believes the modifications are consistent
with the Commission's order.
RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends the Commission approve the modified tariffs submitted on June 2,
2025, as filed.
