Comment: "Idaho Power states when you question the terrible payback as a solar panel
owner that" the reason we payyou a lower rate back on your energy production is because
it's not fair to those who do not have solar panels."This is a ludicrous statement to tell
someone who invested in solar for energy efficiency and lower utility bills as those who do
not have solar are NOT paying for my panels I am and then am getting robbed on my
production. It should be kilowatt for kilowatt like it was before. I produce it I get the credit
for it. I run out of credits then I pay accordingly. Thank you"
