SUBJECT: IN THE MATTER OF THE APPLICATION OF ROCKY MOUNTAIN
POWER FOR AUTHORITY TO IMPLEMENT CHANGES TO NON-
LEGACY CUSTOMER GENERATORS; CASE NO. PAC-E-25-02.
On February 7, 2025,Rocky Mountain Power, a division of PacifiCorp ("Company") filed
an application ("Application") with the Idaho Public Utilities Commission ("Commission")
requesting an order approving the Company's proposed changes to its onsite self-generation
Electric Service Schedule 136 ("Schedule 136") tariff and approving the Company's proposed
export credit rate methodology. Application at 1.
On February 27, 2025, the Commission issued a Notice of Application and Notice of
Intervention Deadline. Order No. 36482.No parties intervened.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Commission Staff("Staff') recommends the Commission now issue a Notice of Modified
Procedure, establishing an August 14, 2025, public comment deadline, and a September 3, 2025,
Company reply comment deadline. Staff recommends the Commission direct Staff to hold a public
workshop to answer customer questions on the Application. Finally, Staff recommends the
Commission schedule a customer hearing at a date and time determined by the Commission.
COMMISSION DECISION
Does the Commission wish to: (1) issue a Notice of Modified Procedure, establishing an
August 14, 2025, public comment deadline, and a September 3, 2025, Company reply comment
deadline; (2) direct Staff to hold a public workshop to answer customer questions on the

Commission.
