On April 30, 2025, Rocky Mountain Power, a division of PacifiCorp ("Company"), filed
an application ("Application") with the Idaho Public Utilities Commission ("Commission") for
approval of the capacity deficiency period determination to be used for both Surrogate Avoided
Resource-Based Contracts and Integrated Resource Plan-Based Contracts.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Commission Staff recommends that the Commission issue a Notice of Application and
Notice of Modified Procedure establishing a July 31, 2025, initial comment deadline, and an
August 14, 2025, Company reply comment deadline.
