Comment: "I am writing in protest to the application by Rocky Mountain Power to reduce
the credit for solar power generated from my newly installed home-based solar panels from
$.107 to$.04 per KWh. Such a dramatic change is totally unreasonable. The incentive to
become more self-sufficient will be withdrawn and money put into my system will be
wasted. The IPUC has a duty to be a restraint on Power Companies where it is not in the
best interest of the public to allow such egregious actions to take place:'
