TECHNICAL HEARING
Micron Technology, Inc. ("Micron") respectfully requests that the Commission permit
Micron's witness Jessica A. York to appear and testify remotely for the May 21, 2025 technical
hearing in this proceeding. Micron is a Party to the Stipulation and Settlement submitted to the
Commission on April 21, 2025. Micron submitted its Testimony in Support of Settlement
Stipulation on Ms. York on May 9, 2025. Ms. York resides outside of the State of Idaho and
therefore Micron requests permission for Ms. York to appear at the technical hearing virtually to
reduce travel time and expense and thereby conserve resources. No Party will be prejudiced by
Ms. York's remote appearance since the Parties have entered into the Stipulation and Settlement
to resolve all issues in this proceeding. Micron has conferred with all Parties to this proceeding
and no Party opposes Micron's request.
