WITHIN THE STATE OF IDAHO; CASE NO. WFL-T-25-02.
On March 17,2025,West Fiber,LLC, doing business as HyperFiber("Company")applied
to the Idaho Public Utilities Commission ("Commission") requesting a Certificate of Public
Convenience and Necessity authorizing the Company to provide local exchange
telecommunications services in the State of Idaho.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Commission Staff("Staff') recommends the Commission issue a Notice of Application
and Notice of Modified Procedure, establishing a 21-day public comment deadline, and a 7-day
reply comment deadline.
