IPC-E-24-44 COMPANY'S APPLICATION FOR ) APPROVAL OF SPECIAL CONTRACT AND ) TARIFF SCHEDULE 28 TO PROVIDE ) ORDER NO. 36596 ELECTRIC SERVICE TO MICRON IDAHO ) SEMICONDUCTOR MANUFACTURING ) (TRITON) LLC ) On May 1, 2025, Micron Technology, Inc. ("Micron") moved the Idaho Public Utilities Commission ("Commission"), under Commission Rule of Procedure 43.031 and Idaho Bar Commission Rule ("IBCR") 227, for an Order approving the limited admission, pro hac vice, of Thorvald Nelson in this matter. The Motion was signed and attested to by Austin Rueschhoff (Idaho State Bar License No. 10592) and Austin Jensen (Idaho State Bar License No. 11947). In the Motion, Mr. Nelson certifies that he is an active member in good standing with the bar of states of Colorado, Montana, Nevada, and Wyoming; and that he maintains the regular practice of law in Colorado. He further declares that he is not an Idaho resident or licensed to practice law in Idaho. Mr. Rueschhoff, Mr. Jensen, and Mr. Nelson certify that a copy of the Motion has been served on all other parties to this case, and that a copy of the Motion, accompanied by a $325 fee and certificate of good standing, have been submitted to the Idaho State Bar. Mr. Rueschhoff and Mr. Jensen acknowledge that at least one of their attendance shall be required at all Commission proceedings in which Mr. Nelson appears,unless specifically excused by the Commission. COMMISSION FINDINGS The Commission has reviewed and considered the Motion and applicable rules, including IBCR 227 and Commission Rules of Procedure 19 and 43.03, IDAPA 31.01.01.019 and 043.03. Based on the filings of record and certified representations of Mr. Rueschhoff, Mr. Jensen, and Mr. Nelson, we find that reasonable grounds have been demonstrated to justify the granting of limited admission of Mr. Nelson as legal counsel for Micron in this matter. We further find good ' Commission Rule of Procedure 19 also pertains to motions for pro hac vice admission. ORDER NO. 36596 1 reason to excuse the appearance of Mr. Rueschhoff and Mr. Jensen in further proceedings in this docket unless otherwise required by the Commission or needed by Mr. Nelson. CONCLUSIONS OF LAW The Commission has jurisdiction in this case and over this Motion pursuant to Idaho Code, Title 61, and the Commission's Rules of Procedure, 31.01.01.000 et seq. ORDER IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Motion is granted; Thorvald Nelson is hereby granted limited admission as legal counsel for Micron. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the attendance of Austin Rueschhoff and Austin Jensen is excused from all further proceedings in Case No. IPC-E-23-11 unless otherwise required by the Commission or needed by Thorvald Nelson.
