Comment: "As I have read through many of the comments that have already been
submitted, I am impressed with the detailed research and arguments given for apposing
this action. Please read them all.
For me, it makes sense to do this action in the future to make sure that everyone that
installs solar understands the impacts of this action. Also, solar generates during the
highest consumption times of day and year. This is a win win, it helps Rocky Mountain not
have to buy additional power at peak times to support customers.
