I have attached an original and three copies of A vista s response to Staff Data Request
No. (s) 99, 107, 149, 151, 152, 168. Avista s response numbers 99 and 107 are also
being provided to the Commission office and Staff, via e-mail, on this date.
Our records indicate that only data request 112 remains to be provided in response to the
Staff's Second Production Request , Request Nos. 80-148. The Company s response to
112 will be provided tomorrow, via e-mail. With regard to the Staff's Third Production
Request (Nos. 149-172), Request Nos. 150, 154, 155, 157 , 17~, and 172, remain to be
completed. Work continues on all outstanding requests.

Yes, in addition to support of local chamber activities, the Company does provide funds in
support of economic development initiatives within the communities we serve, typically in the
form of annual membership dues. Based upon our review for this response, the organizations
