As far as A vista is aware, all the QF projects are compliant with the insurance requirements of
their specific contracts.
Additionally, all of the contracts, except Potlatch and Meyers Falls , preceded Order 21692, Case
1O06-292 and therefore are not necessarily compliant with the insurance requirements set forth
by the Commission in Case 292.
A vista s contract with Potlatch is currently pending approval before the Idaho Commission.
Meyers Falls is a QF located in the State of Washington.
